Phil DeBoer Memorial Scholarship

After his tragic passing in 2019, Phil Deboer’s family created a scholarship fund at First Tee – West Michigan for its alumni. A portion of this year’s outing proceeds will go to the fund. If you are a First Tee West Michigan student or graduate, aged 17 or older, attending an accredited institution of higher education in the Fall of 2022, a student in good standing and/or a First Tee Coach in good standing, you are eligible to submit the following application for the scholarship fund. The awarded scholarship amount varies, and is determined by the number of winners. The minimum amount is $500. If you are interested, click the link below to fill out the form below. The deadline to submit is May 31, 2022. Winners will be selected on or before June 30, 2022.
